If you purchase from our online store, you can make the purchase 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At the time of checkout, we will obtain an authorization from the credit card you provide (if you use a credit card in payment). Once credit card authorization is received, we will proceed the shipment. If credit card authorization is not received, your checkout will be cancelled.

Return & Refund Policy

All products sold are in good condition and guaranteed authentic and are final. No cash refund will be given under all circumstances. If you found the package delivered to you is damaged, please send email to info@thefairy.com in the period of 15 days together with your order number, our sales representative will study the case and will consider making compensation if fault appears in our side. Subjected to the product's availablitiy, if the product will not be available in 4 weeks, we may give you another product at the same price or lower, but there will never be a sales refund. Customer may need to consider that the payment of postage for the return of exchanged product in their own expense.

Please note that the thefairy.com does not permit the return of used or damaged by mis-handle product.

Defective Items

If you discover what you believe is a product defect during shipping, please contact theFairy.com Customer Services by email. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's purchase. In this case, our customer service representative will arrange a product replacement, or any goods that has equivalent price.

Proof of Purchase

theFairy.com will send you a confirmation of your order when your payment is confirmed. You should print out the confirmation as a proof of purchase. Also, if you have included a valid email address with your order, we will also send you an receipt when your order is shipped.

theFairy.com provides three convenient shipping options to ship our products to Hong Kong customers.

Hong Kong Local packet
This option is available on all orders for no additional charge. Products shipped via local mail packet are normally delivered two to five business days after shipment.

Hong Kong Local Registration packet
This option is available on all orders for extra HK$ 15. Product shipped via local registration packet are normally delivered two to five business days after shipment.

Hong Kong Local Courier Post
This option is available on all orders for extra HK$ 25. Product shipped via local courier post are normally delivered one to two business days after shipment.

Also we provides three convenient shipping options to ship our products to customers outside Hong Kong.

Air packet
This option is available on all orders for extra delivery cost. Products shipped via air mail packet are normally delivered in three to forteen business days after shipment.

Air Registration packet
This option is available on all orders for extra delivery cost. Product shipped via air registration packet are normally delivered in three to forteen business days after shipment.

Speed Post (EMS)
This option is available on all orders for extra delivery cost. Product shipped via air registration packet are normally delivered in two to three business days after shipment.

Shipping Details

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment (or a full authorization, in the case of credit card).

Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holiday.
